FAQs

1. How do I submit my artwork?

Go to the Share Your Story page, fill in the details, then click submit. Please note that it will still have to undergo a process of approval from us, but rest assured, you will receive a confirmation message once your artwork is received.

2. What are the requirements to submit my artwork/s?

To submit your artwork/s to Drawn From the Mind, please make sure your submission includes the following:

Name – Provide your name. If you prefer, you may put “N/A” if you want be anonymous.
Email Address – Used only for communication regarding your submission.
Artwork Title – The name of your piece.
Artist Statement – A short explanation (around 1–3 paragraphs) describing the meaning, story, or emotions behind your artwork.
Tags (optional) – Keywords that describe the themes or emotions in your work (e.g., anxiety, healing, hope).
Artwork Link – A link to your artwork file or folder containing your cover artwork/poster. Any medium is accepted as long as you include a cover artwork or poster that will represent your piece in the gallery.
Consent Confirmation – You must agree to allow your artwork to be shared in the Drawn From the Mind gallery.

3. What kind of mediums of art can I upload?

Digital Illustrations/Posters/Drawings/Paintings: JPG/PNG, max 10 MB, min 1080×1080 px
Photography: JPG/PNG, max 15 MB, min 1920×1080 px
Videos: MP4/MOV, max 500 MB, max 5 minutes
Audio: MP3 or WAV, maximum file size 100 MB, maximum duration 5 minutes
Optional for Any Medium: If the file is too large to upload, submit a link to the audio (e.g., SoundCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, Website Link) and a thumbnail image for display

IMPORTANT: Please provide a cover artwork/poster for your submission. This will serve as the preview image in the gallery.

4. Can I remain anonymous?

Yes! You can choose whether your name is displayed or whether your artwork appears anonymously.

5. What happens after I submit my artwork?

Your submission will be sent to our email and will be reviewed by the campaign team before being published in the gallery. If there are issues with the file or details, we will contact you through your email.

6. Can I edit or remove my submission later?

If you need to update or remove your artwork, you may contact us through our email –> support@drawnfromthemind.org
